Technical Enablement Manager
You’ll make an impact by:
- Capturing and documenting system designs, architectures, deployment procedures, and best practices to enable scalability and repeatability.
- Translating field learnings and customer validation into reusable solution packages, enablement assets, and implementation guidance.
- Developing clear, value‑based narratives that connect system capabilities to measurable customer and business impact.
- Collaborating closely with system architects, developers, UX teams, and forward deployment engineers to ensure documentation reflects real‑world deployment realities.
- Supporting pilots and live deployments by producing setup guides, configuration instructions, and integration documentation.
- Driving continuous improvement by feeding deployment insights back into product, engineering, and R&D teams.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience documenting technical systems, software, deployments, or industrial processes.
- 10+ years in manufacturing or industrial related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex systems into clear, consumable artifacts.
- Experience working in cross‑functional, customer‑facing environments with evolving requirements.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
- Experience in forward deployment engineering, customer co‑creation, rapid prototyping, or field validation.
- Familiarity with industrial automation systems, IT/OT integration, or cloud‑based deployments.
- Experience with low‑code tools, design validation, or compliance and lifecycle documentation.
- Exposure to system packaging, lifecycle management frameworks, or scalable industrial solution enablement.

The pay range for this position is $118,300 - $202,800 annually with a target incentive of 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
