We are looking for a Program Manager – Technology Transformation.

You’ll make a difference by:

• Leading and managing complex technology programs while ensuring alignment with defined scope, budget, and timelines.
• Developing and executing comprehensive project and program plans to deliver high‑quality outcomes on schedule and within budget.
• Managing program budgets, optimizing delivery cost structures, and proactively controlling scope creep.
• Leading a large, diverse team of 40+ professionals, providing guidance, coaching, mentoring, and performance oversight.
• Ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and governance through structured reviews, reporting, and communication.
• Identifying potential risks early and implementing corrective or preventive actions to ensure program continuity.
• Developing and maintaining metrics-driven dashboards, enabling data-driven tracking, reporting, and ROI measurement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive AI transformation initiatives, leveraging Agentic AI solutions where applicable.

You’ll win us over by having:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of project or program management experience, particularly in industrial/process automation systems and technology portfolio management.
• A demonstrated track record of delivering high-ROI projects and programs.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile/SAFe methodologies and modern delivery practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational leadership skills.
• Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial control activities.
• A recognised Project/Program Management certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent).

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Building Automation, with exposure to IoT, Edge, and AI-driven projects.
• Understanding of System/Software Architecture principles.
• Familiarity with the Siemens Leadership & Project Management Program.
• Certifications in advanced Agile/SAFe practices.
