Responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects on time, within budget, and as per technical and quality requirements. This is a key role between engineering, project management, and site execution teams.
• Study project specifications, drawings, and BOQ.
• Prepare project schedule, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
• Execute projects as per timeline and milestones.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective actions when required
• Coordinate with design, commissioning, and site teams.
• Coordination with Client, consultant, contractor, vendors and Internal stakeholders.
• Attend project review meetings.
• Control project cost and avoid overruns.
• Prepare project reports (weekly/monthly)
• Strong Project management skills
• Sound knowledge of Fire Alarm System, CCTV System, Access Control System, Gas Based Suppression System and Building Management System.
