You’ll create impact by

• Creating the design and development of innovative mechanical components and systems, ensuring they meet performance, reliability, and type-tested switchgears.
• Translating complex technical requirements into practical and elegant design solutions, utilizing advanced CAD tools and simulation software.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, electrical engineering, and project management, to integrate mechanical designs seamlessly into project requirement.
• Conducting thorough analysis, prototyping, and testing to validate design concepts and optimize for manufacturability and assembly.
• Driving continuous improvement in design processes and methodologies, incorporating best practices and emerging technologies to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Contributing to the full product lifecycle, from initial concept generation through to production launch and ongoing support.

Your defining qualities:

• You possess a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, with a proven track record of successfully designing and developing complex mechanical systems.
• You are highly proficient in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, NX) and possess a deep understanding of material selection, manufacturing processes, and standards (IEC, ISO, DIN, etc.)
• Your analytical mindset allows you to effectively troubleshoot design challenges, perform detailed stress and thermal analysis, and implement data-driven solutions.
• You demonstrate a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, consistently seeking out new ideas and technologies to enhance product performance and design efficiency.
• You are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering high-quality and work on time.
