We are looking for a Part-time Working Student in Real Estate Controlling department who will support commercial topics mentioned below;

What part will you support?

  • General Ledger Controlling & Closing
  • Budgeting, forecasting, actual reporting and analysis
  • Performance controlling
  • Project Controlling: Controlling & monitoring of Investment and maintenance
  • Accounting topics and financial certification
  • Contract management, pricing, invoicing

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • 3rd year undergraduate student or master student in faculty of Management / Business Administration / Economics or a related area.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Flexible and good team player.
  • Result orientation with strong analytical thinking.
  • Open minded and highly collaborative.
