Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
- You will provide international technical support for CT systems, primarily remotely and by phone, ensuring fast and high-quality problem resolution for our customers.
- You will register, analyze, understand, and resolve technical malfunctions of CT systems while taking customer situations into account.
- You will perform in-depth failure analysis using information from local customers, field service engineers, application specialists, remote diagnostic tools, and knowledge databases.
- You will conduct qualified pre-diagnosis and determine the required spare parts according to established guidelines.
- You will initiate appropriate actions using structured problem-solving techniques and derive suitable measures.
- You will follow up on implemented actions, adjusting them if necessary to ensure sustainable solutions.
- You will initiate escalations to R&D in line with applicable escalation procedures.

Ihre Qualifikationen und Erfahrung:
- You hold a technical university degree, ideally in Electrical Engineering or Medical Engineering (Bachelor).
- You have several years of professional experience in servicing or installing CT systems, ideally supported by dedicated CT training.
- You are familiar with the CT portfolio and CS service tools (e.g., SKB, CB-DOC, SRS).
- No Bachelor degree? Applicants with a completed professional apprenticeship plus an additional certified technician qualification and substantial experience in medical technology are also encouraged to apply.

- You bring strong IT affinity to successfully support our complex systems.
- Your fluent English skills enable you to support English-speaking customers, document technical issues, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and participate in training courses that are predominantly held in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- You work in a structured and proactive manner, manage multiple support requests simultaneously, and set appropriate priorities—all while keeping customer satisfaction and solution quality in focus.
- Our customers are supported between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.; you will participate in rotating early/late shifts and, in coordination with the team, occasional weekend on-call duty (approximately every eight weeks).
- With your strong communication skills, you integrate smoothly into our international team.
