What You Will Do:
  • Drive BU financial targets and support business strategy execution.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting.
  • Ensure internal controls and compliance with financial guidelines.
  • Manage cost centers, credit control, asset management, and working capital.
  • Support month/quarter/year-end closing.
  • Conduct project controlling, risk assessment, contract and claim management.
  • Provide financial insights to support decision-making.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, MBA, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Accounting, or Commercial Finance
  • Strong business acumen with solid finance and commercial understanding
  • Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance controlling
  • Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
  • Growth mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Digital-savvy with experience leveraging tools to improve efficiency and visibility
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
