Responsibilities:

Optimize digital tools and workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Implement process improvements, monitor outcomes, and leverage AI tools for continuous optimization.
Analyze workflows to identify automation opportunities and efficiency gains.
Collaborate with different departments to gather requirements and incorporate feedback.
Ensure solutions meet business needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Information Management, or related.
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Power BI, VBA, workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, n8n), and basic financial knowledge is a plus.
