Your mission will be…
As a Performance & Optimization Analyst, you are a key driver of operational excellence within Delivery Management. You will partner with WEA Hub Leadership to translate strategy into measurable performance, strengthen our performance management framework, and identify improvement opportunities grounded in data and operational insight.
You will bring together inputs from performance data, quality management, service stability, and business continuity areas to ensure these dimensions are meaningfully reflected in our KPIs, maturity assessments, and improvement priorities. Working closely with the Global Delivery Management (DM) team and DM teams in the other hubs, you will help ensure alignment, consistency, and shared best practices across regions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear, measurable KPIs and performance targets.
  • Strengthen the WEA performance management framework and ensure alignment with Delivery Management strategy and global governance.
  • Drive harmonization of performance and optimization practices within the frameworks defined by Global DM.
  • Use maturity models to assess performance levels, benchmark gaps, and prioritize improvements.
  • Integrate insights from quality, service stability, and business continuity areas into performance dashboards and reviews.
  • Maintain KPI sets and dashboards that highlight trends, risks, quality indicators, and optimization levers.
  • Analyze operational datasets — including ticketing data, service logs, workload patterns, and stability indicators — to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to uncover systemic drivers and propose optimization opportunities.
  • Provide clear, contextual recommendations and communicate the business logic behind performance insights.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Management teams in other hubs to promote alignment, transparency, and best practice sharing.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational maturity and service performance.

We are looking for someone with…
  • Experience in performance management, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience handling operational datasets (e.g., ticketing data, workload patterns, logs).
  • Ability to build KPIs, dashboards, and performance analyses for leadership audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in shared services, consulting, or multi hub environments.
  • A proactive, structured, and detail oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams.
  • Familiarity with performance, quality, and optimization methodologies.
  • Training or certifications in Lean, Agile, Scrum, or OKR methodologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow for reporting or analytics.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
  • Experience with Snowflake for data querying or advanced analytics.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Enterprise Service Management.
  • Experience operating in matrixed and globally distributed organizations.
