Sr. Process Associate - Hire to Retire

You’ll make an impact by:
- Reviews employee expense reports and monitors compliance with internal policies.
- Process batch payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitors past due expense reports and work closely with employees to process reports timely.
- Continually explores new methods to improve operations, work with management team to gain acceptance, and support implementation efforts.
- Provide complete and consistent responses in a timely manner to the T&E customer inquiry / Stakeholders.
- Assist with internal and external audits, projects and initiatives for the travel and expense program.
- Identifies and implements process improvements into the process.
- Apply documented rules, past practices, or instruction on an independent level.
- Handle Credit Card related matters: applications, inquiries, dunning process on overdue balances on Credit Cards.
You’ll win us over by:
- 3 to 5 years’ Experience in Travel and Expense process is preferred.
- Experience in working knowledge on Concur tool is preferred.
- Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Must be deadline focused, organized and exhibit problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
- Must be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to prioritize tasks by levels of importance and urgency.
