Then come and join our global team as a Working Student to help on Contract Administration & Finance and Instrument Install Base Management.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will help for the Contract Administration.
  • You will perform necessary checks and validations.
  • You will help on aligning contract materials vs customer sales orders
  • You will help the commercial team for a continuous contract evaluation and monitoring.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Good in Excel and other MS office programs.
  • Good knowledge in Excel writing and speaking.
  • Basic accounting and logistics knowledge.
  • SAP ERP logic and experience will be an asset.

Your attributes and skills:

  • You to be ready to be part of a big team with good communication skills.
  • You to have the responsibility and ownership of correct important data.
  • You to be open to learn and develop yourself.
  • You to support the business during critical and intensive period.
  • You to be currently a university student
