As a Customer Service Engineer, you will provide expert technical support, maintenance and installation of advanced MRI medical imaging systems across hospitals and clinics.

A day in the life:

  • Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and installations of MRI medical imaging equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve complex electro-mechanical and software issues
  • Provide technical support to healthcare professionals including radiologists, radiographers and hospital staff
  • Complete service documentation and communicate updates with customers and internal teams
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call roster to support critical healthcare environments
  • Adhering to all Environmental, Health & Safety policies

About you:

  • Trade qualification or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Biomedical Engineering (or similar preferred)
  • 5 + years of experience servicing MRI medical imaging systems essential
  • Experience servicing CT advantages
  • Hold a restricted electrical licence
  • Hold a radiation licence
  • Happy to work autonomously
  • Pride yourself on customer satisfaction and outcomes
  • Hold an unrestricted driver’s licence
  • Able to travel across state, interstate and overseas.
  • Be able to provide evidence of your permanent work rights in Australia.
