You’ll make an impact by 

• You lead the design and implementation of comprehensive end-to-end supply chain solutions, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective movement of finished goods across all logistics stages by applying DtV (Design to Value) methodologies 
• Building on this, you analyze current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement,  by leading complex DtV initiative that drive significant productivity improvements through automation and digitalization and achieve harmonization across the supply chain. 
• Subsequently, you optimize our transport network by applying holistic strategies that balance quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability, for example through mode-shift activities and milk-run concepts 
• You actively research and integrate the latest digital transformation trends, AI technologies, and IT systems in the logistics domain to continuously adopt new technologies to drive business improvements 
• Leveraging your expertise in data analytics, you uncover trends and provide actionable insights to enhance logistics performance metrics such as on-time delivery, inventory levels, and transportation costs 
• You translate intricate analyses and optimization opportunities into clear, impactful stories that resonate with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in for strategic initiatives. 
• Throughout, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, internal and external partners, as well as regional and business unit logistics teams to ensure alignment of logistics strategies with overall business objectives 

This is how you'll win us over

• Education
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering or similar with a focus on Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
• Experience & Skills
• Long-term experience in logistics with proven ability to drive supply chain improvements.
• Profound expertise in end-to-end supply chain management, particularly in distribution.
• Proven project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals,  
• Sound knowledge in Design-to-Value (DtV) methodologies , including Design to Cost in logistics, Design to Customer Value, value stream mapping and modeling techniques. 
• Proficient in data analytics (SQL, Snowflake) and sound knowledge in the field of multidimensional data models, ecosystems, and Big Data capabilities (RPA, Power BI, Alteryx) combined with a proficient tool expertise with BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, SAC; MS Office (Excel) and lowcode platforms such as Mendix, KNIME, Alteryx).
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA TM/EWM and a keen understanding of sustainable supply chain practices. 
• Ways of working
• Demonstrated analytical and solution‑oriented mindset, with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders by applying storytelling techniques to gain buy-in.
• Languages
• Fluent English skills are mandatory; proficiency in German and additional language skills are highly desirable.
