Join our CF R 7 SW team in Siemens Digital Industries Software as a Senior Accountant Transfer Pricing and help us manage Global Transfer Pricing for our Group.

This position is part of the Transfer Pricing team and reports to the Director Transfer Pricing. We are a dynamic and collaborative team that thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

What role will you play?

As a member of a team responsible for the governance of transfer pricing administration.

You will collaborate with colleagues in accounting, tax, and finance to review and discuss inter-company transfer pricing topics, assist with implementing transfer pricing accounting processes, and ensure compliance with global TP policies. Responsibilities include completing month-end close procedures such as posting TP-related journal entries, validating inter-company allocations, and preparing reconciliations of inter-company transactions. You will analyze financial information to ensure accurate application of transfer pricing models, including Cost Plus, Resale Minus, and the Transactional Net Margin Method (TNMM), while monitoring profit level indicators such as operating margin and return on sales. Additionally, you will support the development and maintenance of TP models, assist in preparing local and master files for compliance and audits, work with tax teams to adhere to OECD guidelines and local regulations, and provide variance analysis on actual versus modeled TP results. Supporting automation initiatives for TP calculations and reporting.

Does this sound good? Our ideal candidate will …

• Be a Qualified Accountant, with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar accounting role, in a for-profit organization.
• Display solid accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and business judgment with good attention to detail.
• Have experience of working in a similar dynamic and ever-changing environment
• Have experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP.
• Ability to work independently as well as integrating with a team
• Strong Communication Skills in a multi-cultural environment
• Be excited to collaborate with our finance and business teams in the office for 2-3 days per week
