What will you do?
The Internal Logistics Supervisor is responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and accurate internal material flow within the facility. This role oversees operational and administrative personnel, drives compliance with EHS standards, maintains high inventory accuracy, and leads continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and support business objectives.

• Hold authority to stop any act or condition that may jeopardize quality, safety, health, or the environment within the workplace.
• Ensure strict adherence to EHS standards and promote a strong safety culture within the team.
• Manage and monitor the operational and administrative workforce with a high level of responsibility for EHS performance and behaviors.
• Oversee internal logistics operations to ensure accurate inventory flow and material handling efficiency.
• Lead the cycle count plan and ensure high levels of inventory accuracy.
• Identify delays or risks in ongoing projects and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Propose and lead productivity projects focused on continuous improvement methodologies.
• Maintain and promote a strong 6S mindset within the area of responsibility to ensure workplace organization and efficiency.
• Supervise personnel, ensuring adequate performance management, communication, and team development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support production, planning, and logistics activities.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with internal procedures, especially within the SAP logistics module.

What do you need to succeed?
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Previous experience in industrial, logistics, process, or production engineering/supervision.
• SAP knowledge (logistics module preferred).
• Strong understanding and application of 6S and continuous improvement tools.
• Intermediate English level.
• Effective personnel management and leadership skills.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
