The Customer Service Supervisor role is part of the Customer Care Centre Services team and is responsible for both Service Coordination and Service Administration activities. The role requires daily communication with customers, service engineers, application specialists, and internal teams, ensuring efficient delivery of service operations.

This role reports to Head of Customer Care Center & Education.

Your role:

Service Coordination

  • Plan and schedule both planned and emergency service activities.
  • Assign service engineers based on skills, availability, and location.
  • Manage spare parts: ordering, returns, escalations, and logistics.
  • Handle incoming customer cases via phone, email, and our service portal Teamplay Fleet.
  • Check contract coverage, prepare quotes, and process customer POs.
  • Resolve resource conflicts and manage technician availability issues.
  • Escalate when service resources are limited or unavailable.

Service Administration

  • Update and maintain installed base and customer data.
  • Plan preventive maintenance and mandatory safety/performance updates.
  • Support the resolution of customer issues and complaints

Your expertise:

  • Customer-focused, composed in dynamic situations, and adaptable.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Contribute to improving processes and project participation.
  • Previous experience in service coordination.
  • Previous experience in logistic planning.
  • Upper secondary education or equivalent experience; education in Economics is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken essential.
  • Skilled in SAP and experienced with Office365 (Excel, Word, Teams)
