You Will Make a Difference by:

• Lead and implement supplier decarbonization programs to drive the progress of supply chain decarbonization.

• Orchestrate green material /sustainable solution development in China by working closely with different categories and businesses.

• Conduct benchmarking with industry leaders and engage with suppliers and employees to promote green innovations and sustainable procurement activities.

• Work closely with headquarters and regional teams to ensure the successful implementation of global programs at the local level.

• Support SCM Sustainability lead in integrating sustainable procurement requirements into SCM programs/methods/processes with respective stakeholders and owners.

• The position is based in Beijing/Shanghai.

Your Defining Qualities:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in areas such as energy management, EHS, consulting, or project management in the field of sustainability.

• Sound knowledge and/or experience in GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, CO2e emission calculation and reduction

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.

• Deep passion for sustainability and a strong commitment to driving positive environmental change.

• Familiarity with Chinese legislations and understanding of international legislations.

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
