Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Sacramento, CA is $82,212- $110,976 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Prepare forecasts and analyze trends in operational expenses and recoveries; Undertake advanced financial analysis using Microsoft Excel (and other IT programs); Present performance updates to finance and non-finance Managers and Directors; Ensure financial guidelines are adhered to and controls complete; Generate ideas and take ownership for implementing new ways to improve processes. Telecommuting is permissible within a commutable distance. [Hybrid role.]
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Economics or related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a Finance Data Analyst-related occupation.
Position requires experience in the following:
Working with ERP systems .
Working in Finance for project manufacturing business.
Preparing forecasts, budgets, performing cost and variance analysis.
Completing journal entries, IFRS/GAAP, and General ledgers.
Automating financial reports using Excel (VBA, Macros, Alteryx or other automation tools.)
Developing dashboards and KPIs using Excel or Tableau.
Reconciling production data across systems.
Supporting month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including logistics and operations to support financial planning and execution.
Standardizing and improving reporting processes for accuracy and consistency to use across teams.
