We are looking for job title : Software Engineer

You’ll create impact by

• Design and develop Windows Desktop applications using C# .NET (WinForms).
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirement understanding, design, coding, unit testing, defect fixing, and documentation.
• Apply Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) principles to create scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis for defects, implement fixes, and assess the impact of changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a process-oriented / Agile environment.
• Ensure quality through hands-on testing, code reviews, and adherence to development standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in development practices, tools, and processes.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including

• Engineering graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in software design and development.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a process-oriented software organization.
• Expert hands-on coding in C# .NET with strong proficiency in WinForms.
• Strong experience in Windows platform development (Windows desktop applications).
• Good understanding of OOAD / OOP concepts and clean coding practices.
• Strong debugging skills (identify root cause, fix issues, communicate fix impact).
• Hands-on experience in development and testing (unit/system testing exposure).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; self-motivated and quick learner.
