Shape the future with us –  as a Product Manager for Electromechanically Switchgears.

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall success of our SIRIUS Modular System. You will be managing the entire product lifecycle (from the planning phase until discontinuation). You need to understand and respond to customer needs, being able to convert those into product and/or project requirements. Together we bring our company's vision and strategy to life.


Your Responsibilities

         Lead the product development team in creating the product road map

    Listen to and understand customer feedback, and respond to product suggestions

    Realization of features specifications regarding our EP Targets for products and systems

    Define product pricing strategies

    Work with a cross-functional team to determine the product's business model

    Remain abreast of the latest industry trends and technology

    Meet with clients and other key stakeholders

    Support the sales team by providing product information and demos

    Research and suggest new product development and refinements for existing products Achieving our global Target in regards of piece count (revenue) and EBIT (price positioning) according to our business plans

   Product related controlling and realization of growth targets

            •    Realization of features specifications regarding our EP Targets for products and systems

           •    Being in control of product complexity


      •
   Product oriented and global Marketing of new and existing products (Market Entry Information MEI)

      •
   Technical Consultant Expertise

             •   Identification of attractive markets and market segments (regional and technology) and to profitable utilize these with relevant interfaces (Sales etc.)

      •
    Operative Product management responsible for part of our Low Voltage Switching devices (contactors & accessories)

Your Profile

    You hold a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or you have similar qualification

  • You could already gain experience in electromechanical switchgears (technical and/or sales)
  • You have a strong affinity to innovation management, preferably combined with experience in product management
  • You are a strong team player and preferably have experience of driving cross-functional and strategic projects
  • Preferably you have knowledge about the SI EP product portfolio and customer applications
