As a team member of Talent Acquisition, you’re close to the business but connected to the outside world, matching some of the most talented individuals to the most rewarding opportunities in the market. 

What will you do?

Early Careers

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, implementing strategic solutions to attract, assess and hire student and new graduate talent across Canada.
  • Assess candidates thoroughly, leveraging tools and a variety of assessment approaches ensuring a consistent, inclusive, and high‑quality candidate experience.
  • Partner with business leaders and People & Organization to shape and execute an early careers strategy aligned to future skills, diversity, and workforce needs.
  • Build strong relationships with universities, colleges, and early‑career and diversity associations to create sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Design and deliver the annual campus strategy and represent Siemens as a brand ambassador at career fairs, events, and virtual engagements.
  • Leverage recruitment data and insights to measure success, refine campus strategies, and continuously improve outcomes.

Employer Branding

  • Strengthen Siemens’ brand by localizing global employer branding initiatives aligned to our EVP and people strategy.
  • Develop the strategy, roadmap, and key messages for Siemens Canada employer branding.
  • Lead the rollout of employer branding initiatives end‑to‑end—from concept to execution and measurement in alignment with Siemens’ broader talent objectives and business goals.
  • Create compelling content and deliver multi‑channel recruitment marketing campaigns that reflects the diversity of our people and employee experiences across career sites, job postings, social media, and campus platforms
  • Lead attraction initiatives by supporting programs and communications that promote belonging, diversity representation, and equitable opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People & Organization, and Communications to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging.
  • Track employer brand, attraction, and diversity metrics to continuously improve engagement, perception, and outcomes.

What will you need to succeed?

  • University Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years in a recruiting role with early talent and employer branding and marketing experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple hiring cycles and campus priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion‑focused attraction and recruiting initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success creating and managing employer brand content across digital and social media channels.
  • Hands‑on experience with ATS systems, with a strong focus on data accuracy and insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to influence candidates and stakeholders through compelling storytelling.
  • Strategic thinker with a detail‑oriented, execution‑driven mindset.
  • Creative and innovative, with a passion for emerging trends and digital talent strategies.
  • Bilingual in French is an asset.
  • Hybrid office model with travel required to support on‑campus events.
