You'll make a difference by:

• Identifying Market Growth Opportunities: Analyze industry trends and competitor data to find new areas where the business can expand and succeed in the Thai market.
• Developing Integrated Business Cases: Build clear, data-backed proposals and investment plans that justify new projects and help prioritize where the company spends its resources.
• Designing Go-To-Market Strategies: Partner with various internal teams to create practical plans for launching products and reaching new customers in specific sectors.
• Driving Strategic Planning and Reporting: Manage long-term business planning and performance reviews by turning complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
• Building Stakeholder Partnerships: Act as a bridge between internal departments and external clients to align goals, validate new ideas, and foster long-term collaboration.
• Advancing Digital and Green Initiatives: Support the rollout of solutions focused on sustainability, automation, and digital technology to meet the changing needs of Thailand’s infrastructure.

Your defining qualities:

• Mid-to-Senior Strategic Experience: 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or business development, ideally within the technology or industrial sectors.
• Analytical and Structured Thinking: The ability to take complex information, perform quantitative analysis, and break it down into logical solutions.
• Strong Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree like an MBA is a plus.
• Effective Communication and Influence: High proficiency in presenting ideas clearly to people at all levels and working effectively within a large, global organization.
• Commercial Curiosity: A genuine interest in how technology—like electrification and digitalization—solves real-world business and environmental challenges.
• Proactive Project Ownership: A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage tasks independently and adapt quickly to a fast-paced work environment.
