- Support the team in daily activities;
- Ability to listen actively and ask insightful questions;
- Aim to learn about SAP, Agile methodology and Business Process Management ( in different areas such as Finance, Procurement, Master Data, Real State, Customer Service);
- Open mindset to embrace a new company culture and aim to continuous learning.
We are looking for someone with…
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology.
Curiosity & Eagerness to Learn: A genuine interest in business operations, process improvement, and how a global company functions.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to approach problems systematically, analyze information, and draw logical conclusions.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English written and oral (mandatory).
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and contribute positively to a team environment.
Proactive & Self-Motivated: A "can-do" attitude, taking initiative, and managing tasks independently.
