OT Security Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Railway OT Security Manager to support the cybersecurity integration, compliance and support in Siemens Mobility projects in Singapore and the region. You will play a critical role in ensuring that the cybersecurity requirements of the railway systems meet the required standards and other relevant industry regulations and best practices.
- Cybersecurity technical lead for Customer Services (CS) in Singapore and the region.
- Lead the cybersecurity requirement from design, implementation, validation and operation & maintenance of systems upgrades across railway projects.
- Ensure compliance with Cybersecurity Code of Practice (CCoP) and relevant regulatory requirements for Critical Information Infrastructure (CII).
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity plans, threat analysis, risk assessments, and vulnerability assessments tailored to the associated railway signalling, communications, electrification and rolling stock environments.
- Conduct security reviews and gap analyses of the respective systems and network architectures.
- Work closely with the respective engineers, system integrators, and operations teams to implement secure system configurations and mitigate cyber risks.
- Support on-site deployment of system updates, upgrades and security patching.
- Lead incident response to contain, identify, recover and coordination with different parties.
- Oversee cybersecurity audits, certification, participate in penetration testing efforts, and ensure all findings are addressed in a timely manner.
- Provide training and awareness to internal stakeholders on cybersecurity best practices and compliance needs.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies for relevant compliance and reporting.
- Support technical sales bids activities within Asia Pacific region.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in cybersecurity, Singapore CSA CCoP, cybersecurity governance preferably within critical infrastructure.
- Experience with network security tools, secure architecture design, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection systems.
- Knowledge of OT (Operational Technology) system and cybersecurity framework.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and organized.
- Experience in risk management for both IT and OT environments is preferred.
- Experience with railway systems and understanding of safety as well as security integration in railway environments are preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GICSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor) would be preferred.
