Site Manager – Plant Utility Operation and Maintenance

No. of Positions: 1
Payroll: Siemens Direct Contract

Location: Near Bengaluru (Bidadi)

Qualification:

• B.E./ B. tech Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience of 10 to 15 years in operation and maintenance of utility equipment’s.

• Electrical Engineer Must have supervisory license from CEIG.

Desired profile:

• Should well verse with EHS rules and procedures specific to service projects and services business.

• Should have In Depth knowledge of Operation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Plant Utility equipment like Air Compressors, Dryers, Chillers, LPG / HSD Yard, HT/LT Panels, APFC panels etc.

• Daily planning and monitoring of Maintenance activity

• Root Cause Analysis of Breakdowns and reporting to Customer.

• Spare monitoring and planning

• Site KPI monitoring and steps to be taken to achieve the same.

• Skill mapping of team members

• 5S maintaining in work area.

• Lead the team and set an example with leadership role at site.

• MIS Report preparation and ISO documentation.

• Ensure EHS adherence at site.

• Site Commercial activities

• Monitoring of Site HR activities
