Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the analysis and resolution of complex service problems of C-arms.
• You take on assignments at the customer's site, especially in the case of particularly difficult problems/customer situations with a high need for expertise.
• You would need to develop close collaborations with the development team (R&D) and the Field engineers to gain and provide feedback to improve the product.
• You are responsible for the communication and reporting of critical customer situations via defined processes to the relevant specialist departments and management.
• You ensure that systematic product problems are identified at an early stage and that corrective measures are initiated as part of problem management.
• You work partly with the development in product projects; You will also transfer knowledge and information you have acquired in a timely manner to the Service Knowledge Base (database).
• You are exactly the right person for this position if you communicate confidently with internal specialist departments and the countries and their management with your proactive way of communicating.
• You represent Customer Services and customer´s interests within new product developments and in systems of the installed base. With your diligent approach, you ensure that all regulatory and technical requirements are properly implemented within the documentation.
• You take ownership of verifying and implementing service requirements within the agile product development process based on the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology in the Business Line Advanced Therapies.
• You work closely with engineering, service and quality teams to reflect system changes and maintain traceability throughout the product lifecycle and technical documentation.
