Are you a results-driven professional with experience in leading transformation and improvement initiatives within a shared service or consulting environment? We’re looking for a proactive problem-solver who can drive initiatives end-to-end, challenge the status quo, and deliver tangible business impact through Lean and consulting methods.
What You'll Do:
Drive and Deliver Business Excellence Initiatives
- Lead and manage performance improvement and transformation projects from idea to implementation.
- Act as a trusted consultant to business stakeholders, translating challenges into actionable improvement roadmaps.
- Utilize Lean and consulting methodologies to accelerate measurable impact on productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Analyze and Influence Business Performance
- Conduct structured analyses to identify improvement levers and prioritize value-adding opportunities.
- Facilitate data-driven discussions with stakeholders to align on findings, root causes, and solutions.
Deploy Continuous Improvement and Change Management
- Apply Lean and Agile tools (e.g., Gemba Walks, root cause analysis, Kaizen, design sprints) to drive execution and engagement.
- Coach and challenge teams to adopt new ways of working and sustain results.
Shape and Scale the CI Framework
- Contribute to the enhancement of the CI and transformation toolkit with pragmatic, business-oriented approaches.
- Share best practices and success stories across regions and service lines to accelerate replication.
Communicate with Impact
- Ensure transparency on project progress, achieved outcomes, and lessons learned.
- Present results and insights to leadership in a clear, concise, and structured manner.
What you’ll bring:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with our diverse global teams. Additional languages are a plus!
- Profesionall communication: maintaining clarity, respect, and confidence in every interaction. Truly understanding customer concerns and building trust through empathy.
- Proactive support: anticipating customer needs, going extra mile, more than expected. Solving issues swiftly, effectively, and with ownership
