Sales Development Intern (Summer 2026)
- Participate in Shadow Sessions with current SDR and Account Executives.
- Database Clean Up – build new Account and New Contacts based on target personas and key business segments.
- Verify contacts at key accounts and market segments.
- Provide feedback on current process and work with Sales Leadership to leave a lasting change on the Sales Organization.
- Prospect to generate new business for the company through qualified Discovery Calls.
- Maintain the integrity of sales systems (CRM) and internal processes through execution and documentation, constantly seeking ways to help us grow and improve.
- Rising 4th year student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program
- A basic understanding of the internet and web browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer and Firefox.
- Experience with MS Office suite of products such as MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- High energy levels and enthusiasm.
- A strong work ethic and personal integrity.
- Team oriented perspective with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- An ability to take initiative for self-development and patience while learning new processes.
- Excellent written, oral and listening communication skills.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Prior work experience in a service-oriented job role (e.g., in Customer Service)
The hourly pay range for this position is 22 per hour for first time Interns or 28 per hour for returning Interns. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location. Additionally, interns for Siemens are eligible to contribute into our 401K program.
