Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Engage enterprise customers across diverse industry segments to drive adoption of Mendix’s low-code platform
  • Develop and manage strategic sales accounts, building strong relationships with senior executives to deliver business value 
  • Drive pipeline generation and qualification in collaboration with channel partners, ensuring consistent growth and opportunity creation
  • Lead complex sales cycles, including negotiations and procurement, while aligning internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate Mendix’s differentiated value proposition at both technical and business levels to accelerate decision-making
  • Analyze market feedback and customer insights to inform product strategy and roadmap development
  • Navigate formal and informal buying processes, identifying key decision-makers, influencers, and approvers to mitigate risk and increase deal confidence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with extended teams to ensure seamless execution across all stages of the sales process

We welcome applicants who meet the following criteria: 
  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience (SaaS or PaaS), with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and performance targets
  • Experience selling into large enterprises
  • Familiarity with the Financial Services Industry (FSI)
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage executive-level relationships, especially at the C-suite
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualification
  • High energy, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset 
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively
