You’ll make an impact by

  • Serve as as a strategic business partner, leveraging your financial expertise and digital acumen to drive operational excellence and support the growth of the CNP(China portfolio) business.
  • Providing in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making for the CNP(China portfolio) team 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team to identify cost optimization opportunities and improve the financial performance of the CNP(China portfolio) business 
  • Spearhead the implementation and optimization of digital controlling tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and provide valuable business insights
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CNP (China portfolio) leadership, translating complex financial data into actionable business recommendations
  • Lead special projects and initiatives aimed at driving continuous improvement  innovation and cost optimization for the CNP (China portfolio)
  • Contribute to the development of the China portfolio's long term financial strategy and roadmap
  • Monitor the progress of investment, projects ,expense development , pricing fluctuation and other operational factors that may influence the China portfolio's profitability, and escalating to management at necessary
  • Coordinate with process compliance and audit teams to ensure robust financial controls and reporting

Your defining qualities
  • Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting or a related filed.
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior controlling or finance business partnering role, preferably in a manufacturing or new product development environment
  • Thorough understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data
  • Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and technologies to enhance controlling processes and decision support
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the overall business strategy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Growth mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese

  • Expertise in leveraging digital tools and technologies, such as Excel, Thinkcell, Qlik, PowerBI,  to enhance controlling processes and decision support

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional stakeholders
