We are looking for a Senior Python Back End Developer.

You’ll make a difference by:

• Requirement gathering, Impact analysis and Risk management
• Giving solution on requirement after analysis
• Develop required code with high coding standards (must be highly secure and lean)
• Build Unit test cases for written code
• Handle code to promote on different environment
• Taking Sign-Off from QA testers, Supporting Production defects
• Follow microservice based coding style wherever required
• Implement APIs for consumption following standard methodologies around it
• Release API documentation for third party consumption

You’ll win us over by:

• You must have BE / B.Tech / MCA / ME / M.Tech qualification
• 5+ Years of experience in Python programming, Azure cloud 

Core Cloud Expertise

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure (preferred) or AWS cloud components, including networking, compute, storage, IAM, and managed services.
• Hands-on experience designing and managing cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Proven experience with Terraform, Bicep, Cloud SDKs, or CDK for provisioning and managing infrastructure.
• Understanding of modular IaC design, state management, and pipelines for IaC deployments.

Containerization & Orchestration

• Hands-on experience with Docker and container lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes (AKS preferred) deployment, scaling, upgrades, networking, and monitoring.

Monitoring & Observability

• Experience implementing end-to-end observability — metrics, logging, tracing.
• Building custom dashboards and alerts using tools like Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog.
• Exposure to application performance monitoring (APM) and incident management workflows.

Programming & Automation

• Python proficiency preferred for automation, scripting, and data integration.
• Experience with Java or C# acceptable if other cloud skills are strong.

AI/ML Exposure

·       Nice to have, a solid conceptual understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, data processing, model training, and deployment.

Soft Skills & Collaboration

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Strong documentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
