We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support the finish-out of a 163,000 sq ft industrial space. This role will work closely with the Senior Project Managers, General Contractor (GC), vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the construction phase, ensuring timely execution and quality delivery. A key responsibility will be assisting in the coordination and installation of production assembly lines and related infrastructure.
You will make an impact by:
- Support Project Managers in coordinating daily construction activities and ensuring smooth site operations.
- Serve as the primary liaison among general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to streamline communication.
- Monitor project schedules, track installation milestones, and report deviations or issues requiring corrective action.
- Coordinate with equipment vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery, installation, and scope alignment.
- Manage tasks using MS Planner, including assignment, follow-ups, and closure of action items.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and assist with inspections, issue resolution, and project closeout processes.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in construction project coordination or management, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, schedules, and project management tools (e.g., Bluebeam, MS Project, Planner).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with industrial equipment installation or production line setup.
- Working knowledge of MEP systems and facility infrastructure.
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.

The pay range for this position is $60,340 - $103,440 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
