Engineer - Configuration & Infrastructure

Responsibilities:

Sound knowledge in troubleshooting different OS (Windows 7 , Win 2008 R2, Win 10)

Centralized resource management (hardware, software), handling Hardware and Software Inventory & Procurement

Liaisons with Central IT/HC RE/Admin/EXIM as required.

Experience working with Virtualization Products -VMWARE ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, Citrix

Experience working with Storage Area Network, iSCSI , DAS, NAS, Fiber switches, Network Switches ..etc

Manage Hardware / Software resources: Common servers (ex:Terminal servers, ESX servers, WDS, SUSE servers)

knowledge on Batch files/Scripts & Powershell added advantage

Co-ordinates with License Team/Manager and ensure License compliant

Familiarity with Linux, UNIX

Manage Lab infrastructure which includes installation of Healthcare Applications

Learn4U training management

Ability to Learn and adopt to the Environment

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Good Team Player

Desired Qualification and Experience:

• Qualification : DIP/BE or any relevant degree

• Experience: Around 5 to 7 years of industry experience with hardware and networking background
