Siemens Digital Industries is looking for a dynamic Commercial / Financial Project Manager for the Solution Execution Finance Team. The successful candidate will interface with internal and external customers to execute mid-level complex projects.

We are looking for a Commercial/Finance Project Manager, and this position will be remote and can be based anywhere in the continental US; the Eastern time zone is preferred.

You will make an impact by:

• Provide ownership for all commercial topics throughout the entire project life cycle in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders (e.g. PM, tax, customs, legal, accounting).
• Ensure accuracy of commercial project data in compliance with PM@Siemens framework as well as the Company’s policies and Financial Reporting Guidelines. You will improve project-related processes and incorporate digital enablement tools, where possible, to support operational efficiency and enable future growth.
• Support the Project Manager in identifying, reporting, avoiding or mitigating non-conformance costs. You will support the implementation of lessons learned into their project and the organization in general. 
• Be the trusted partner for the project team by collaborating, leading, and educating team members from other areas on all financial and compliance topics.
• Show ability to resolve complex problems to ensure the successful delivery of projects in accordance with agreed-upon project scope and contract terms.
• Demonstrate a proactive and hands-on approach by actively identifying opportunities, addressing challenges early, and driving initiatives forward with ownership and accountability.
• Display a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross-functional challenges.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• BS/BA in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of prior Commercial/Financial Project Management experience.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP Project Modules and exposure to Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrates and applies strong interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrates problem-solving skills to stakeholders on various projects.
• Siemens CPM or PMP Certification is a plus.
• A proven track record of successful POC (percentage-of-completion) project execution.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
• Maintains excellent organizational skills to store critical company and customer files.
• Experience with the application and concepts of Siemens automation products

• The pay range for this position is $89,670 - $153,720 and the annual incentive will be 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and geographic location.
