Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager – Event Operations to take full ownership of the planning and execution of Realize LIVE APAC, part of Siemens’ flagship global event program. Based in India, you will be the primary driver of the event’s successful delivery in the APAC region, ensuring all operational elements are executed seamlessly and to the highest standard.

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end event operations, including vendor management, on-site logistics, sponsor support, and attendee experience. You will work closely with the Senior Event Strategist and the Global Events team but will serve as the regional lead for execution, ensuring Realize LIVE APAC is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with Siemens’ global event objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end operational delivery of Realize LIVE APAC, including registration, payment tracking, sponsorship delivery, hotel and travel logistics, expo set-up and management, digital promotions, on-site execution, and post-event reporting.
  • Take ownership of regional vendor and agency management, overseeing contracts, deliverables, and performance to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Build and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and workflows, keeping internal stakeholders aligned and projects on track.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Global Events, Marketing, Field Marketing, and Sales) to ensure execution supports business and brand goals.
  • Act as the on-site lead for operations during the event, coordinating logistics, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth experience for attendees, speakers, and sponsors.
  • Track and evaluate post-event metrics, providing insights to improve operational efficiency and attendee satisfaction.
  • Represent the APAC region in the global Realize LIVE program, ensuring local delivery aligns with the broader strategy.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • 6–10 years of experience in event project management or event operations, with a proven track record in B2B conferences, exhibitions, or large-scale programs.
  • Hands-on experience managing budgets, contracts, and logistics for regional or international events.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Experience leading on-site event operations with vendors, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); ability to work across time zones and cultures.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Wrike, MS Project, or similar).
