As a Finance & Performance Controller (f/m/d) in our Turnkey Business Unit, you will be at the intersection of financial transparency, performance management, and strategic decision-making. Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape the financial narrative of projects that define the future of mobility.
Join a truly global team that drives the financial performance of complex infrastructure projects across regions and markets.
In this role, you will support financial planning and reporting processes, ensuring the consolidation and analysis of key financial information — particularly regarding project and cost development. You will also prepare high-quality presentations for senior leadership and maintain dynamic dashboards that provide meaningful KPI analyses.
Reporting to the Head of Finance & Performance Management, you will collaborate across functions to drive financial excellence and contribute to strategic FPM initiatives.
- Govern financial planning processes, ensuring the accurate collection and consolidation of key financial data.
- Analyze project and cost development trends, providing actionable financial insights.
- Support the preparation of financial analyses and reports that help senior management and the executive board make informed decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau, QlikSense, or Power BI to improve decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure financial efficiency and transparency.
- Contribute to strategic FPM projects that drive business performance and optimize financial planning across the organization
What do you bring along?
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in controlling, commercial project roles, and/or Financial Assurance and Advisory, with a strong understanding of financial value flows and business optimization.
- Proven experience in preparing financial presentations and reports for (senior) executives.
- Solid understanding of project business, including financial structures, risk management, and key commercial processes. (Commercial) Project Management certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in Tableau, QlikSense, and/or Power BI for data visualization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels and lead laterally.
- Full proficiency in English and German.
