Mode of Employment: Limited, 20h/week


As a working student at Siemens, you have the opportunity to actively contribute in various areas and fully apply your skills.


You'll make an impact:

  • You will develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts to enhance the security protocols of embedded systems
  • Following this, you will research and prototype AI-driven methods aimed at analyzing and improving the security features within these systems
  • Subsequently, you will integrate, test, and evaluate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to enable effective communication between LLMs and security tools
  • Additionally, you will design and conduct evaluation experiments to assess the performance, accuracy, and scalability of AI-assisted cybersecurity approaches
  • Finally, you will collaborate with the research team to analyze experimental results, refine model prompts, and optimize the overall framework

This is how you'll win us over

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, or Embedded Systems
  • Experience and Skills:
    • Proficient in developing Python-based scripts and applications
    • Strong interest in LLMs, AI system integration, embedded security, operational technologies, and SCADA systems
    • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers or API orchestration is an advantage
  • Ways of Working: Strong analytical and research-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Languages: Fluent in English
