We are looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of high-impact, creative demand generation campaigns that drive awareness and growth across strategic areas of our cross-portfolio offerings. This newly created role will be instrumental in shaping how Siemens Grid Software shows up in the market — as a thought leader, a trusted partner, and a brand with purpose.
You’ll work closely with product marketing, communications, and sales teams to bring our brand narrative to life, while also owning internal communications, social media strategy, and partner marketing initiatives.

You’ll make an impact as you:
• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate demand and elevate Siemens Grid Software’s position in strategic growth areas.
• Collaborate with product marketing and communications teams to translate complex offerings into compelling, customer-centric stories.
• Lead internal communications initiatives that foster alignment, engagement, and culture across the organization.
• Develop and manage partner marketing programs that drive joint value and co-branded opportunities.
• Measure and optimize campaign performance across channels, using data to inform strategy and improve ROI.
• Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all external and internal touchpoints.
• Champion innovation and creativity in campaign execution, exploring new formats, channels, and tactics.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in campaign marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing, preferably in B2B software or energy technology.
• Proven track record of building and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong storytelling skills and ability to translate technical content into engaging narratives.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in the electrical power industry or grid software domain.
• Familiarity with partner marketing and co-marketing strategies.
• Understanding of brand positioning and thought leadership development.
