The Tax Operations Analyst will be part of the Global Mobility Americas Tax Operations team, supporting key processes related to international business travel, shadow payroll, and global tax compliance across the Americas region.

This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to international tax operations, cross-border payroll processes, and global mobility practices, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors in a multicultural environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Support shadow payroll processes across multiple countries in the Americas (U.S., Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, etc.).

  • Assist with monthly and annual compensation data collection and delivery to tax providers and payroll teams.

  • Track tax payments, refunds, and official notices to ensure compliance.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for all tax-related transactions.

  • Validate payroll data and assist in remuneration report creation.

  • Monitor tax consent forms and compliance checklists.

  • Use tools such as Power BI and ServiceNow to manage and report tax data.

  • Collaborate with internal partners (Global Mobility, Payroll, HR, Accounting, Corporate Tax) and external vendors (tax firms, payroll providers, relocation vendors).

  • Contribute to process improvement and regional alignment initiatives.


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in tax operations, payroll, or global mobility.

  • Basic understanding of international tax and shadow payroll concepts.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.).

  • Exposure to U.S., Canadian, or Latin American payroll systems.

  • Advanced English and Spanish required; Portuguese or French is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Team-oriented mindset, flexibility, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude.

  • Passion for process improvement and collaboration in a fast-paced, global environment.
