We are looking for: Software Engineer (Solution Engineer – Managed Services),

You’ll make an impact by:

·       Being adept in driving resolution of customer issues and bug fixes, acting as customer advocate while adhering to support service standards.

·       Provide work estimates and regular status updates

·       Active monitoring and improvement of the environment to ensure 100% application availability

·       Deploy, configure, and test Smart Grid Application solutions.

·       Be on-call on a weekly rotation basis throughout the year to help enable 24x7 global support.

·       Escalate and log defects for more advanced customer issues to Product and Project Management teams when necessary.

·       Ensure that SLAs of assigned customer reported issues are met within TAT

·       Actively participate in team and departmental meetings by providing feedback on current day-to-day activity and recommendations for improvement.

·       BE degree in Computer/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or relevant field.

·       3 - 4 years of professional experience.

·       The right individual for this job will be responsible for managing Smart Grid

·       oriented applications. This includes Service Level Management,

·       Device Management, Data Management, Environment Management, application

·       configuration, testing, Q/A, delivery, operational activities. The Solution Engineer role 

·       will contribute to the business validation, performance tuning, Service Level 

·       Monitoring, application Monitoring, Data consistency and integrity, exception

·       handling, Maintenance, Patching and support the Global Managed Services team. 

·       This is a customer facing position that requires a high level of professionalism,

·       working hand in hand with the Project Manager and other Solution Engineers, and

·       the end-user base to deliver a quality solution.
