The IT Service Manager for Dun & Bradstreet is responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of D&B service within Siemens. This role ensures that the service is aligned with business needs, delivered efficiently, and continuously improved to meet evolving demands.

You’ll break new ground by:

  • Service Strategy Development: Create and implement IT service strategies specifically for Dun & Bradstreet data that align with business objectives.
  • Service Delivery Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of IT services related to Dun & Bradstreet data, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
  • Incident and Problem Management: Manage and resolve IT service issues related to Dun & Bradstreet data to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse the performance of IT services handling Dun & Bradstreet data, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with Dun & Bradstreet, supporting with contract management and negotiation.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure IT services comply with relevant standards, policies, and security protocols, particularly those related to data handling and privacy.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the IT service budget, including hardware and software procurement for managing Dun & Bradstreet data.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of D&B and MDG/business partner related data and processes, with a focus on data management and integration.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions, particularly in data services.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Customer Service: Commitment to providing high-quality service and support to internal clients.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Provider Management: Experience in managing relationships with service providers and vendors.
  • Driving the Service: Proactive in driving service improvements and ensuring service excellence.
