Apply now for the Head of Diagnostic Imaging, Thailand position and play a key role in the Thailand team. You will ensure the success of Diagnostic Imaging in Thailand including Myanmar and Cambodia, with profitable growth, working with the Business Line and local Healthineers team. Ensuring successful execution of growth strategies and support Business Line leadership to formulate and execute the regional strategy for the designated region, as well as strategic business initiatives.

Your Role:
Business Strategy Development:
  • Assume responsibility for overall business planning, including topline growth, market share, and profitability.
  • Drive strategic initiatives and adjust to changing business environments to achieve the desired goals.
  • Create and execute marketing plans tailored to the portfolio's strategy and ensure that marketing activities align with the overall business goals and are executed effectively.
  • Constantly analyses product portfolio of the designated Business line.
Market Analysis & Alignment:
  • Stay attuned to market trends and customer preferences. Utilize insights for mid to long term product decisions and strategic direction.
  • Effectively implement marketing activities and campaign to improve market share in Diagnostic Imaging.
Sales Support & Customer Engagement:
  • Acts as a resource for customer and the sales organization for knowledge on products related to the assigned portfolio.
  • Helps the sales organization reach out to and best serve potential customers and offers both sales organization and customers advise on the capabilities of respective products.
  • Proactively engage and develop strong customers relationships (e.g., radiographers, radiologists, surgeons) with key decision makers regarding hospital mid-long term procurement practices and strategies.
  • Lead conversation in product, market direction in mid to long term planning.
KOL & References Sites:
  • Maintaining and developing a regional network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and reference sites jointly driving and influencing other stakeholders within the country.
  • Plan and execute strategies for identifying and developing Key Opinion leaders and reference sites.
Market Retention & Expansion:
  • Proactively identify opportunities in existing Installed Based (IB) and convert competitor territories to lay groundwork for future business growth.
  • Develop strong customers relationships within the country.
Team Leadership and Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, including regional or country sales managers and representatives.
  • Set performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and provide ongoing training and development.
  • Foster a high-performance culture and ensure alignment with corporate values and goals.
Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Serve as a liaison between Regional HQ and Business Manager on all things pertaining to respective portfolio. Adapt and execute the global strategies within the Zone ASEAN.
  • Coordinate with the product management, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a unified approach to market penetration.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to discuss and resolve business development challenges.

Your Expertise:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in radiography, diagnostic imaging, engineering, or a related field. An MBA or formal business training is highly desirable.
  • At least 5 years of diverse experience in the diagnostic imaging industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with experience in direct team leadership, influencing indirect reports, peers, and leadership. Experience in driving Customer Relationship Management (CRM) excellence initiatives is highly preferred.
  • Strong business, digital, and financial acumen, with the ability to make informed decisions that drive business success. An entrepreneurial mindset with a history of executing business plans and prioritizing growth opportunities.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage complex projects with country.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities, including project and time management for managing cross-country arrangements.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and written communication skills, demonstrating a professional presence to influence and engage both internal and external stakeholders. that drives desired outcomes.
  • Consistently demonstrated professionalism and adhere to the highest ethical standards in all business dealings and ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Fluency in Thai and English is required.
