We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our exceptional team.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner and this position will be remote within the US.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be a trusted partner in fueling Siemens’ success through great hires. You’ll collaborate closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and People & Organization (P&O) partners to design and execute effective recruitment strategies while managing the full hiring lifecycle.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Build strong partnerships with Business Unit leaders, hiring managers, and P&O partners to understand business objectives and talent needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Siemens Electrical Products, including requisition initiation, sourcing strategy, candidate selection, offers, and pre-boarding.
- Lead and support high-volume onsite and virtual hiring events for hourly manufacturing positions.
- Facilitate Recruitment Strategy Calls with hiring teams to align target profiles, goals, and hiring expectations.
- Leverage creative and data-driven sourcing strategies—networking, social media, employee referrals, events, and recruitment marketing—to engage top talent.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring an outstanding experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Coach hiring teams on best practices to promote transparency, timely feedback, and a strong candidate experience.
- Ensure full compliance with Siemens’ recruitment policies, processes, and all relevant employment regulations.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment, with a focus on skilled trades or high-volume hiring.
- 4+ years of experience leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies to streamline hiring processes.
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing or skilled trade roles, with an understanding of workforce dynamics in production environments.
- Familiarity with Avature (ATS/CRM) and Montage/Modern Hire digital interviewing platforms is a strong plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, attracting, and hiring diverse, high-quality talent across a range of functions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple searches and competing priorities effectively.
- A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

- The pay range for this position is $91,463-$156,794 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
