Then come and join our global team as Global Solution Sales Manager (f/m/d) with focus on Value Partnerships / Stroke to drive our Enterprise Services (ES) sales.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You grow the ES business for Value Partnerships / Stroke and Value Programs / Stroke by developing and executing winning portfolio and sales strategies, guiding proposal management for strategic customer projects focused on improving access to care and clinical efficiency for stroke care.
  • You assume an active role in proposal teams for complex customer projects/ tenders, complementing local/ regional resources and injecting your clinical expertise and project management skills during the sales phase, specifically for ES offerings such as Value Partnerships I Stroke and Value Programs I Stroke.
  • You evolve the ES offerings for stroke care within the framework of Value Partnerships, especially Value Programs I Stroke with clinical solutions for primary and comprehensive stroke centers and stroke networks and in collaboration with business areas and business lines.
  • You keep track of market trends and requirements in stroke care, especially with regard to clinical guidelines and customer requirements, evolving our solutions and programs accordingly.
  • You collect proof points of achieved customer value and produce sales and marketing collateral such as capability statements, case studies, and white papers.
  • You actively contribute to the development of sales capabilities, delivering content and presentations at training sessions, sales events, customer workshops, and customer visits to headquarters, with a focus on stroke care.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a University degree in health or medical sciences, business administration, or medical technology.
  • You have many years of professional experience in sales/product management in neurology/ stroke care or healthcare practitioners specifically in neurology / stroke care.
  • You track record of managing complex sales projects and tender responses, ideally in the clinical area of stroke care.
  • You possess strong project management skills, preferably with experience coordinating sales projects and tender responses for stroke programs.
  • You own experience in driving cross-organizational topics and nurturing networks in the healthcare sector.
  • Knowledge of international healthcare markets, healthcare systems, and reimbursement systems is an advantage.
  • Additional experience in diagnostic imaging, healthcare digitization, or healthcare consulting is an advantage.


Your attributes and skills:

  • You have strong presentation and communication skills in English that enable you to communicate easily with international C-/D-level customers and SHS executive management. German language skills are an advantage.
  • You approach project management and leadership tasks confidently in a structured, results-oriented way
  • You are a team player working effectively in a matrix organization
  • You leverage modern sales approaches, embrace the virtual way of working, and you like sharing your expertise with others
  • You show entrepreneurial drive, the ability to develop innovative concepts, and thrive in an agile environment
