You’ll make a difference by

• Shaping the future of work together with a team of global P&O / HR Business Partners and contributing to strategic topics such as succession planning, talent discussions, learning initiatives, transformational projects, and more
• Supporting global P&O Business Partners in their daily operations through handling various administrative and operative tasks
• Creating appealing and high-quality documents for management presentations
• Assisting in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of meetings, workshops, and events
• Taking ownership of specific work packages and driving them independently
• Thinking outside the box and proposing creative new ideas to improve processes and outcomes

Your success is grounded in

• Education: You are studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, International Management or alike; we are not fixed on a certain area of studies
• Experience & Skills:
• You have a passion for P&O / HR  topics and have already gained experience in other working student jobs you can build on
• You have strong analytical and digital skills and the ability to consolidate information meaningfully
• Solid experience in the MS Office 365 applications (MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word,Outlook and Power BI)
• Ways of working:
• You are working result-oriented, structured, and being able to set priorities
• You are intrinsically motivated, eloquent, and creative
• Languages: Fluent communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal)
