Today, we are recruiting for a passionate and experienced Head of Sales & Bids (f/m/d) - Passenger Coaches to join our dynamic team in Austria, based in Vienna or Graz.

What are my responsibilities?

Change the future with us
• From Vienna, you will be responsible for the quotation and sales of our passenger coaches on all five continents. The focus is on Europe but also on expansion beyond.
• You will lead eight employees at the Vienna and Graz locations and report to the head of our passenger coaches.
• You pull all the strings together and you support and coordinate sales at our various national subsidiaries.
• For large order volumes, you will personally support our customers (private and state-owned railway operators) and lead the sales process with the team from the tender to the offer and the conclusion of the contract.
• You understand that sales work in the long term in our business. That's why you build good relationships with potential customers and maintain them continuously – even before a concrete opportunity arises.
• Your mission: first to further strengthen our home markets - and then to drive international expansion.

Use your skills to move the world forward.
• You have a degree in an engineering or economics discipline.
• In addition, you convince with many years of professional and management experience in sales and bid preparation.
• You have a background in railway technology and ideally have an existing customer network.
• In addition, you impress with practice in project management.
• For your global responsibility, you speak fluent English and have a willingness to travel (approx. 30%).

What else should I know?
We offer an attractive compensation package that matches your qualifications and professional experience. According to the collective agreement, the gross annual salary for this position is at least EUR 97.000,-- (All-In), with overpayment possible depending on your education and experience.
