Today, we are recruiting for a Contract Administrator to join our team in UAE. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.
What Are My Responsibilities?
- Administrate, evaluate, and maintain accurate project records throughout all contract phases.
- Draft clear, concise, and factual contractual letters and correspondence as required.
- Support the preparation of detailed claim reports, variation proposals, and contractual assessments.
- Generate and update contract and claim management reports for business partners and management.
- Align overarching and case-specific claiming strategies with Project Management, consortium partners, and internal business units.
- Proactively identify events affecting contractual rights and ensure the company’s interests are protected.
What Do I Need to Qualify for This Job?
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within the construction industry, preferably with UAE-based customers.
- Excellent knowledge of contract law and standard conditions of contract.
- Strong understanding of contract administration practices in construction projects.
- Familiarity with UAE and Oman regulations governing construction contracts.
- Strong contractual writing skills, with the ability to draft concise, factual, and substantiated correspondence and claim reports.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple contracts simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in analyzing contract terms, project records, and claim management reports to identify risks or issues.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
