We’re seeking a Backend Support Developer for our Enterprise Business Systems team. You’ll help improve the applications that power our internal operations—troubleshooting backend issues, supporting integrations, and learning how to extend SaaS tools like CRM and ERP systems.

This role includes training in Apex, Salesforce ecosystem tools, and enterprise integrations.


What You’ll Do
  • Resolve Level 2 support tickets for customizations and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain *Apex code, data structures, and ETL processes.
  • Build and optimize UI-based automations (Salesforce Flow, Workato, etc.).
  • Create and update technical documentation.
  • Validate integrations and customizations in test environments.
  • Support scalability improvements or new system implementations.
  • Perform unit/QA testing and routine SaaS application monitoring.
  • Ensure system integrity, security, and data quality.
What You Need
  • 1–2 years of experience in backend development, software engineering, or enterprise systems (internships welcome).
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  •  Ability to understand both user needs and technical solutions.
  • Clear communication and solid documentation habits.
  • Customer service mindset.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or low-code automation tools.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, FreshService).
  • Exposure to Lightning components, SQL and/or Apex.
