Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Support country sales /service organizations in performing analysis of strategic business segments and evaluating opportunities in new markets, channels or customer target groups.
  • Work in close collaboration with country contacts (Sales, Marketing, Commercial departments based on assignment in the country) and support commercialization of service offerings.
  • Focus on growth opportunities and markets by developing roll-out plans to maximize country service revenue.
  • Leveraging service solutions in country by partnering with respective departments to define proper sales channels / target customers.
  • Responsible for setting & supporting maintenance of the financial infrastructure for service products in terms of both bookings and revenue.
  • Support customer account management with service business perspective by acting as the main coordinator of communication among HQ Product owners and country units.
  • Responsible for hosting presentations, services positioning and consultative support on need basis.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing strategies and management working in Healthcare or a B2B environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, MBA is an asset
  • Fluent in business English; knowledge of further eastern European languages is of advantage

Your attributes and skills:

  •        Communication skills including senior management levels
  •       Experience in sales and in introducing new products / portfolio elements
  •      Experience in a customer facing role
  •       Experience in a multi-country role / setup
  •      Relevant and strong experience with Microsoft Office
  •       Have a profile that is rounded off by being hand-on, negotiation skills, communication, organizational and presentation skills, as well as intercultural sensitivity
  •       Ability and willing to travel extensively (about 40%)
