You’ll make an impact by 

• You systematically gather and analyze requirements from Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), ensuring a thorough understanding to collaboratively shape and prioritize the product roadmap 
• Building on this, you coordinate closely with Product Architects, Domain Experts, and fellow Product Owners to define technical solutions that address both user needs and business objectives 
• Subsequently, you work hand-in-hand with multiple Scrum Teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories, track progress across sprints, and ensure delivery of committed Sprint and Release Goals 
• To guarantee seamless integration with related Siemens products, you align cross-product roadmaps with other Product Owners and proactively manage dependencies throughout the development cycle
• Beyond the typical Product Owner responsibilities, you will partner with a colleague in India to drive successfull releases: You will ensure the realisation of our 3-month roadmap, surface and mitigate risks and proactively address arising challenges

This is how you'll win us over 

• Education
• You hold a Master's degree with several years of professional experience or a Bachelor's degree with extensive professional experience in computer science, electrical engineering, energy technology, or a comparable field; alternatively, you have completed vocational training with further qualification and possess long-standing, diverse professional experience 
• Experience & Skills
• You have several years of professional experience as a Product Owner, ideally with a certification as Product Owner or Product Manager 
• You bring project experience in automation of switchgear and working with renewable energies and their automation requirements 
• You are proficient in agile methodologies and have a solid understanding of agile software development practices 
• Ways of working
•  You distinguish yourself through a structured, independent, and transparent working style, complemented by strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Languages
•  You are fluent in German and business fluent in English
